AUTOMATIC ANGLE CUT OFF SAW
Versatile heavy duty automatic cut off saw for making straight or angled cuts in furniture components. Equipped with an automatic hopper feed for continuous production, the machine can be mechanically set to make a straight or angled cut as pre-selected by the operator. The feeding and advancement of the timber is programmable through NC controller When the optional wider clamping width is specified the machine is also suitable for cutting stair wedges, door wedges or stair fillet pieces. As the saw unit is totally enclosed and timber feed is automatic the machine is very safe to operate. Average approx production output for stair wedges would be 750/800 per hour. The TAC CN CA 1U model is also equipped with a single vertical drilling unit.
