Since 1990, Macoser has provided technical support, repair, rebuilding, and genuine replacement parts for Duplomatic products throughout North America.
Our Charlotte, North Carolina facility specializes in the inspection, repair, and rebuilding of Duplomatic Automation turrets, including BSVN, BSA, DM, TRM and ODT-N turret families.
Macoser technicians are factory-certified by Duplomatic Automation in Italy. Each turret is professionally inspected and disassembled, internal components are evaluated, and a repair estimate is provided before work begins. During rebuilding, seals, bearings, and any required genuine Duplomatic Automation parts are replaced, followed by precision realignment and assembly.
Every repaired turret is tested on a Duplomatic manufacturer test bench and operated for several hours before being returned to the customer. Macoser is the only Duplomatic Automation Service Center in the world equipped with this manufacturer test bench.
