The OMC CPB Cabinet Press is designed for accurate assembly, clamping, and squaring of pre-assembled cabinets and furniture components. Its heavy-duty steel frame and motorized clamping beams provide the rigidity and control required for consistent cabinet production.The CPB offers a maximum useful working length of approximately 104″ (2,650 mm) and a maximum useful height of approximately 57″ (1,450 mm), allowing it to handle a wide range of cabinet sizes, including vanities, base cabinets, wall cabinets, and tall pantry-style cabinets.

The clamping beams are driven by electric motors and can operate independently or simultaneously, depending on the machine configuration. High-grip, anti-slip contact surfaces help maintain cabinet position during the clamping cycle, while the lower and side support surfaces are designed for stable and repeatable operation.For manufacturers looking for greater automation, the CPB 2V version adds a two-speed operating cycle with photoelectric sensors that automatically detect the cabinet position and reduce the clamping speed before the final pressing stage. The machine can also be equipped with a digital touchscreen control panel for setting operating parameters such as clamping pressure, cycle time, and opening time.

Optional pneumatic clamping bars are available for cabinets with protruding parts, providing additional flexibility for special cabinet configurations.
