OMEC F11TS Working Dimensions and Production Capabilities
Large working capacity, dual-speed spindle, and CNC flexibility for modern drawer production.

Designed for Today’s Drawer Construction
Modern cabinet manufacturers work with a wide range of materials, including Baltic birch plywood, other engineered panels, and solid woods such as walnut and white oak. Different drawer designs and material thicknesses require a dovetail machine with greater machining flexibility and capacity. The OMEC F11TS is designed to meet these requirements, with the ability to machine drawer fronts up to 55 mm (2.17 inches) thick and drawer sides up to 30 mm (1.18 inches) thick. This expanded capacity allows manufacturers to produce a wide range of standard and custom drawer boxes without compromising productivity or machining quality. The dual-speed spindle, operating at 18,000 or 24,000 RPM, provides additional flexibility by allowing operators to optimize cutting performance for different materials. The lower spindle speed is well suited for many solid wood applications, while the higher speed helps achieve excellent cutting quality and productivity when machining Baltic birch plywood and other engineered wood products.Whether producing standard kitchen drawers or high-end custom furniture, the F11TS combines generous working capacity, CNC precision, and material flexibility to meet the demands of today’s woodworking industry.
