Omec F9TS Door Frame Milling Machine – Precision 45° Joints Made Easy

The Omec F9TS is a combined milling and cutting machine designed specifically for milling parallel joints on door frames. Widely used across Europe and the Middle East, the F9TS is now drawing attention for its precision, speed, and reliability in heavy-duty door frame miter production.

Built for simplicity and performance, the F9TS features two milling units and two saws to create perfect 45° cuts and joints. It can also be equipped with an optional drilling unit for pre-drilling screw holes, making assembly faster and more accurate.

The automatic work cycle handles each door frame component one-by-one — blocking, milling, drilling, and unblocking — minimizing manual handling and maximizing efficiency.

All machine functions are managed through a touchscreen control panel, while the numeric control system runs the complete work cycle with precision.

For larger applications, the Omec F9/75TS version is available, capable of handling door frames up to 350 mm (13.78”) high and 75 mm (2.95”) thick.
