The OMEC 650A automatic dovetailer is designed to cut single male, female, or combined joints with precision and speed. Workpieces are clamped and released through pneumatic valves and controlled by an integrated CNC system programmed for two fixed-pitch joints (25 mm and 50 mm).
All adjustments, pin height, groove depth and position, feed speed, number of joints, and tool diameter compensation are easily performed via the intuitive touch-screen interface.
The locking and release of pieces are synchronized with the CNC control, allowing the 650A to operate in dual work zones for continuous, efficient production of dovetail drawers and furniture components.
