OMEC SCM 1200

The OMEC SCM1200 hydraulic drawer clamp is designed to assemble five-piece drawers with dovetail or lock-pin joints quickly and precisely. Unlike traditional systems, the operator assembles all loose drawer components directly inside the clamp—no pre-assembly required.Pneumatic side cylinders lock the drawer sides, while spring guides position the fronts and backs. A vacuum system holds the drawer bottom securely in place as the hydraulic cylinder presses and squares the box.
Controlled by an onboard lever valve and thermal-magnetic switch, the SCM1200 ensures perfect alignment and tight joints. From loose parts to a fully assembled drawer, total cycle time is under one minute.
